My wife and I spend a lot of time out of doors, even working through the winter months in freezing conditions. Though we had toyed with the idea of heated clothing, we’d never splurged or even heard of Venustas prior to receiving two of their heated vests as a gift. We were so excited! Unfortunately, the clothing size we received was too great, such that it was not flattering or functional to be worn. Not having any proof of purchase or a gift receipt, we reached out to Venustas directly. Without delay, they replied and began to work with us to make and exchange. Within days the representatives we communicated with made arrangements for us to return the vests we had received and exchange them for the size we needed. Each email was prompt and polite! The products are well built and smartly designed. The fit is fantastic! It is right on point for casual outings where you’d like to fending off a chill. Yet they’re sleek enough for a dressier bill and can easily blend in with business class. We’ve never encountered a company as personal and willing to help as Venustas!

We are thrifty folks that like to save a dollar whenever we can but enjoy comfort also. We vacationed to Disneyland CA in February, after Christmas but before Valentines Day. I wore my heated vest every day and noticed that many people took note of my glowing "V" insignia. Being the kind of guy that loves to make people laugh (and sometimes think) I would reach my fingertips to adjust the temperature of my Venustas vest while saying something like "Beam me up Scottie" or "Landing Party is Assembled and Ready for Beam-Out"... all while my "V" insignia CHANGED colors. Not only was I nice and warm, but I was "Cool" also.

In this day of AI; automated reception; and delayed response; it is surprising to have a company that immediately responds and cares about the customer. I have delt with Venustas customer service on two occasions and both times they were exceptional in their response and accommodations. In fact they went the extra mile in extending a discount for frankly my mistake as to use of points. Additionally their product has been fantastic. In the NW it is almost a necessity now to have a heated vest or jacket. My wife and I have been stopped at every spring (which means it feels like winter) softball or tennis game and asked about our heated jackets. We proudly tell them about Venustas. Thanks again for being such a great customer service.

I was disappointed when my heated jacket, that was barely used, quit working. I reached out to Venustas and their team was absolutely amazing. They were consistently quick to respond. They patiently walked me through the trouble shooting tips. When those didn’t work they offered a replacement item for only the shipping cost. Given the jacket was off warranty, I was astonished at this very generous offer. I highly recommended this company. Their clothing is beautifully made and they were a dream to work with when I encountered a problem!

What made this experience great was that Venusta was determined to make me happy with their jacket even after it was past the warranty period. Their staff kept following up with me on what went wrong with the heating element. I love my jacket and how it keeps me warm on those very cold days watching my nephews play football and lacrosse. They made dealing with them a pleasure. They went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend doing business with them; and their product is awesome and worth every penny.

Ordered a heated winter jacket and haven’t regret it for a second! Works amazing, I get to brag to all of my friends and coworkers that I’m never cold even on the worst winter days! 10/10 would recommend
