We completely understand your frustration, and we’d like to clear up a few things about your order and refund. Vest Recommendation: Due to high demand over the holidays, some items went out of stock. We offered an alternative women’s vest along with a discount to help, but if you received a recommendation for a men’s vest, there was likely a miscommunication, and we apologize for that. Separate Shipping and Refund Process: The vest and battery were shipped separately. As soon as we received your refund request, we processed the refund for the vest right away. Since the battery was delivered, we kindly asked that you return it using the provided label so that we could issue a refund for it as well. We apologize for any confusion about this process. Refund Status: We’ve observed that the battery is already on its way back to us, and we’ve gone ahead and arranged the refund for both the vest and the battery.
