Had trouble getting my jacket to heat. Called customer service and was walked through the process. They did it rush the call but stayed on the line until they knew the jacket was heating properly.

I love my vest. It's helped keep me warm on some of the coldest hunting days and doesn't add much bulk under a jacket. It's so great that I had to buy my wife one ... and then we both also got a pair of heated socks!

I have had a Venustas Heated Jacket for 5 years. Recently the jackets heating function stopped. I reached out to their service department for help. After troubleshooting the issue, it turns out the batteries are good, but the jacket still does not turn on. Even though the jacket is out of warranty they gave me two very affordable options to choose from to get a replacement jacket! I am extremely pleased with their products and their customer service! This company stands behind their products. The interaction, and follow-up is above most any customer service one would possibly think. The vest is warm, its quality, and I wear it often. The jacket I purchased did not have the included battery. Customer support sent a new battery without fuss and made the order correct. They were persistent and had excellent communication while the shipment issues were resolved.

Prompt and efficient customer service! My wife and I both have Venustas heated vests and absolutely love them! Had a problem with one of the vests turning on and their customer service group provided a quick response via email along with a replacement vest.
