VelvetJobsReviews of velvetjobs.com

Absolutely LOVE velvetjobs.com. The caliber of the companies they profile, the types of positions they list and their user-friendly layout are amazing! Needless to say, I was bummed when some personal stuff kept me from looking for work...and canceling before getting charged. But wouldn't you know, the service rep not only issued a refund but a personal message of encouragement, too?! Their marketing images always suggest a company that serves the finest in clientele - both employers or job seekers - and now I know why, like attracts like.

I was looking for an internship in the fashion industry in the nyc area. I searched a few different keywords pertaining to my major, the area, and the location and every time I searched a found another relevant opportunity for me to apply to. The listings are descriptive and clear. There are links to bring you to the application so you can get started on an application quickly. Great breath and depth of listings Fantastic resource!!

There are many sites that offer listings for careers, but what separates Velvet from the others can be attributed to their customer support. Timely, professional and very informative. As for the listings, the daily updates and geo-location was particularly helpful to narrow down results when doing a search. Good experience.

Was testing the service as an employer and found the market not to be right for the role we're trying to fill, however the platform was clean and seamless. In canceling my subscription, the customer service staff was very helpful and friendly. Will certainly keep it in mind for future roles both as an employer and job seeker.

Velvetjobs has proved to be an exceptional platform to post jobs. Posting the job is very easy and convenient. The candidates are just as great. I had an error in not disabling my account properly when I no longer needed the service. The hiring process for the position was filled. Velvetjobs customer service team was able to help me properly disable the account until I need to post another open position and even reimbursed me for the un-used month due to my error. Thank you Velvetjobs, I'll be sure to return to this site when a position opens up!

This service looked and felt classy and has probably the best selection of media jobs. Unlike some other job boards, it takes you directly to the listing, instead of to another service to sign up. They also have excellent customer service when I had a very minor issue.

I was recently trying to make a job change and found VelvetJobs very reliable and easy to use. They had great job opportunities and I really liked the user experience on both mobile and desktop. I would certainly use them again.

Their customer service is exceptional and you receive quick responses about your inquiries via email. Their quality of service is great among other competitors in the field as well. There should be more companies like Velvet Jobs with their superior customer service & products offered. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
