It seems like a great unit. I haven't run it very long. It was cold out when I installed it and only had one warm day since. When I did run it, to test it, it kicked out a good flow of cold air. So very happy about that! My only problem with it are the instructions. They are very thin. Not much help at all really. Mounting the unit using the rods and screws was challenging in a finished van. The large AC plug is only about 4" from the unit and it totally interferes with the install. I had to do a lot of interior reconstruction to solve this plug issue. Lastly, the instructions are so thin, that they don't mention the filter, how to replace it, or how to buy it.

So far so good! Easy to install with the help of YouTube. Bluetooth app works flawlessly. Very happy!

The AC seems to work great. The install wasn’t amazing. The nuts don’t fit on the bolts without spacers that are not provided. The instructions are hard to follow

THIS COMPANY LEFT ME OUT IN THE COLD Freezing a disabled Vet that sent in my 14000btu gas air heater controller for a Recall 5 weeks and never got it back and now when i call their phone nobody answers and can't get a response on their email or Chat, I spent extra hard-earned money buying their product due to there being an AMERICAN company , well i guess there is no pride in being an American company with VELIT CAMPING, what a Shame, DONT BUY FROM THIS LAZY AMERICAN COMPANY

Customer support is less than stellar. I tried online chat and gave up after 15 minutes of no response, I then received a message saying my chat would be answered by email which it never has been. I also put in a contact email with the same issue which also has not received a reply. I have checked my spam/junk folder to ensure the reply was not misdirected. The unit has been installed and seems to work fine but its still winter here so haven’t had a real opportunity to use it.

Delivery took way too long. + 8 weeks. Happy with the product.
