I didn't realize right away what was missing from my order. It would be helpful to have a list of what should be in the box. I would find it also helpful to know what each item is called with a picture beside it. Not all people are familiar with these items. I did email about the missing items and sent a picture and they were quick to notice I was missing more than I thought and they quickly sent the other items to me.

Great heater so far and easy to install, seems very high quality compared to the CDH I replaced with it. 3 stars only because the shipping was slow and I had to remind them several times to actually ship it.

Unfortunatly, they forgot to put thermostate in my gas heater.... i had finished the install when i saw that :( I had to remove everything to ship them the unit so they can program the thermostat to my unit... they didnt even say sorry we made a mistake. The good point is that heater works great!!

Fantastic customer support. This is a very important note right off the hop. Nothing but good things to say about support. My shipment was SEVERELY delayed. As in, the better part of a month after requesting a hasty shipment (that hurt). And the instructions for installing were not very clear. I struggled DEEPLY, though that's more a testament to my own lacking ability. Overall, I'm happy with how she runs. It's extremely efficient and I like it a lot... But MAN was it ever hard to install into my Ford Transit 🥵

Product arrived quickly. However unboxing the product two of the vents were kind of broken. Seem to be unhinged. Wrote an email and no response in weeks about the issue.

The order/delivery process took quite a while. Multiple times I tried to contact for order inquiries but got no response. The item arrived and before it could be installed I had to order another heat shield with a ring that would protect the flooring. The shield that came with the heater is for an unfinished van floor, metal.

Customer support is less than stellar. I tried online chat and gave up after 15 minutes of no response, I then received a message saying my chat would be answered by email which it never has been. I also put in a contact email with the same issue which also has not received a reply. I have checked my spam/junk folder to ensure the reply was not misdirected. The unit has been installed and seems to work fine but its still winter here so haven’t had a real opportunity to use it.
