I bought a Velit heater about a year ago and finally got around to installing it. During the installation I ran into an issue with one of the adapters, I was able to get customer support to help me troubleshoot the issue within 2 or 3 hours of contacting. Not only that but I was able to bring my van into the service center the following day and have someone give me the replacement part and double check the whole installation! Amazing service and great product.

Great customer service! Velit has been responsive and very helpful in trouble shooting some ignition issues we were having. They took the time needed to test and ultimately identify our installation issues that were causing problems. We greatly appreciate how much time they have taking to help. Thank you Will!

They Changed the design to the portable diesel heater and is not advertised nor came with updated instructions. They kept the top fuel port on and cut the line to the fuel pump. Put a new line and drilled a hole next to the air vent fed the line through that and called it good. Its a terrible design, it looks sloppy and water can now trail down the tube and into the box. It should be noted that this is not advertised on your website nor any dealer that sells your product which is misleading. The price is also the same which is wrong knowing the function design is flawed and you have a useless fuel port on the top now and a hole thats not even sealed to prevent water from coming in... paying over $1000 for a flawed product and a half ass new design to still make money is very un ethical and dirty of you guys. You should have just used a new case deleted the old fuel port and put the new on the bottom with the same professional standard as the old one thats sealed. As stated im sure you had them pre-made already in your inventory and instead taking the loss and creating a new case you went with sloppiness to make a sale. Not cool guys. Your team is also incredibly hard to get a hold of. Dont have a number on the website if no one plans on answering or calling back.

Our Velit heater has been an invaluable piece of kit in our campervan. It's proven reliable here in Colorado, even at higher altitudes. It's also quite easy to maintain when maintenance is required. Best of all though is the customer service.

I needed a part, quickly, for an upcoming trip. Standard shipping looked like it would take more time than I had, so I asked if I could pay to expedite it, the team at Velit said yes, if I added the express shipping to the order, one of their co-workers would take the part to the shipper that afternoon, so I added the express shipping, happily paid the extra and thought I was all set. An hour later I got a message back that they just realized that we were close enough that standard shipping would arrive the next day anyway, so they refunded the express shipping, I got my part in time to get it installed, test the system, and head off on our road trip.
