I’ve only been there for an initial consult. The consult evaluation was fine, but left me with bruises on both legs. The front office promised someone would call me about the bruises, but no one ever did. I’ve scheduled the procedure because of positive comments from others, but frankly am considering canceling as I will not see the surgeon until the day of the first procedure.

Wait time is minimal and all questions are answered throughly. Staff is friendly and patient.

Everyone at the Southbury Vein Clinics of America is friendly, kind and attentive. They also know what they are doing! They prepared me well, so I knew what to expect from the process and to have patience through the healing process.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I tried to call (a few times) to change an appt, I couldn’t get through!! I left a message one day in the morning, and finally got a call back late in the afternoon!! I was told they had so many calls to return!!! Not cool! Other than a lack of communication skills, they were awesome!!!

Entire team was very professional and made me feel at ease.

I Had a nice time at Vien C OF A. they would tell me what to do after the visit . and you even got a piece of chocolate. The nurses were very nice and help full. Every visit they would check the last visit with an MRI. to see if it was ok.. If you follow there information you would do ok. I not than they would have you wait a week or two before another procedure.

Knowledgeable staff and no pressure for services.

Dr. Buckner and his staff are very professional, determined to please, attentive to detail, and pleasant to work with. At the end of the day ... all good.
