When I charge my credit card for the day's services, I am told one amount at the check-in desk and then another amount at the check-out desk. A few times I have reminded the girl at the check-out desk that I have a $25.00 co-pay and she says to me that I have already paid it. I know I have not and then surprise I get a bill in the mail. When I first signed up with Vein Clinics I tried to pay my $25.00 co-pay with cash and the girl refused to take my money! I would appreciate having a statement outlining what exactly I am paying for at each visit.

I love coming to this location and the staff is oh so awesome. I have been made comfortable from the first day.

My visit was pleasant, however I was hoping to hear no more return veins instead of this treatment could only be a temporary fix and the possibility that they may return. My pass treatments with Texas Vascular Clinic I visit was painful with injections and now to have to relieve that again isn't good news for me.

the staff at VCA are very nice and professional. However, I found myself the victim of a bait-and-switch. The receptionist at my first visit confirmed my insurance and explicitly stated that my co-pay would be $35 for all future visits and that today's initial visit was free. Well fast forward to my second visit and the woman scheduling appts was swift and efficient in -planning my next 7, yes 7 visits. Along the way, she informed me that my insurance does not cover a procedure for four of my visits and on those occasions I would have a co-pay of $35 PLUS $185. Well, imagine my surprise. Jury still out on next steps.
