The staff is friendly but I have had to…
The staff is friendly but I have had to bring back after the service because my water pump didnt get fixed now 3 days later my car starts smoking and temp gage went hot and car was smoking IDK this will be the 3rd time for my vehicle and not going to be able to drive back. I'm disappointed at this point

Had a little trouble with the process…
Had a little trouble with the process because I had to have repairs performed when the Allstate office was closed and they could not pre-approve the work. It took extra trips to the mechanic to get better documentation, but eventually the claim was approved and paid.
