On this particular event I was satisfied with the coverage. However, on a previous event regarding the driver side airbag you decided to not cover it. WHY? that's a major safety issue. The dealer adjusted the condition for free. Good on them Bad on you. I spent over $3k on this policy. SO it looks like you guys win. Like all insurance.. you bet against us.. we bet against you... Statistically you win.

Allstate Vehicle Protection performed well in the time of my needed electrical repair for my Ram Truck. Good job and highly recommended. FCA doesn’t want to replace defective infotainment system though it’s not normal wear and tear - just poor engineering decisions in installing this kind of infotainment in RAM Trucks. Allstate take care at the issue and my truck was fixed.

I know that brakes are not covered under my plan because they are considered normal wear items. But giving consideration to what caused damaged to my brake pads and rotor I feel that because of the hub bearing failing it caused the pads and rotor to be damaged to the point of having to be replaced where before that they did not.
