Excellent service. Responded quickly to the shop without any hassle for me about covering the cost.

My vehicle required multiple repairs and all were covered under my Extended Vehicle Care plan. The plan also aloud for a free seven day rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. One of the parts took over 3 weeks to be delivered to my dealership for repair. With that said I went 2 weeks without a vehicle. It was very inconvenient. It would have been helpful if the rental agreement extended beyond the seven days. I was told by a representative that it’s in the contract and there is nothing they can do for me. Hopefully Allstate can improve on this in certain circumstances such as part shortages which are very common today.

Very difficult to get any help. Somehow doesn’t cover consequential damage even though it’s not in my contract but no one was able to explain why.
