Policy covered repair in full
I was very thankful that my policy covered the repair. It validated my decision for the intitial purchase of the policy. The claims rep came out quickly once notified by the shop. The approval was received in a timely manner and the vehicle repair is complete.

I have had to get work done twice now…
I have had to get work done twice now and am very dissatisfied at what conveniently is not covered, which I might add these things should have already been fixed prior to me purchasing. I got tired of fighting the dealership and took it in myself.

I pay a lot of extra money for this warrenty and the rental reimbursement was a joke. After I submitted my paperwork I was NOT even reimbursed half of my out of pocket expenses.
The man who answered the phone at the claims department was rude and unprofessional. The reimbursement policy for the rental car is very unfortunate and I was only reimbursed for LESS than half of my expenses.
