I tried to reschedule a subscription and the dates were not easy to change. So I received too many products too soon. I could not return the products without paying for the return postage. Now I have too much product and have paid more than I could afford, so it’s frustrating and hard to enjoy the products.

My vegamour shampoo and conditioner started smelling weird, so I opened the bottle and found a bunch of mold inside the lids. Very disappointed. Do not buy

Ordered almost two months ago. I’ve never received a product and they’ve charged me twice already. When I emailed them they said they would only refund if I returned the product which I told them I never received. They told me to just keep waiting. A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR INNER PEACE ON THIS COMPANY.

Vegamour are thieves and finding any help via their customer service platform is impossible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money and don't issue refunds, their product is not good, and they should be banned from preying on people in an attempt to profit off of customers who suffer from hair loss. Absolutely the worst business I've purchased from in my life. FULL ON REGRET.

Do not think cancelling or returning these products is going to be easy. I've called multiple times only to sit on hold for dozens of minutes. Their online returns send you through a loop trying to get you to buy more products. Cancellation seems to only to be able to process through the phone (which again impossible to speak to a human)

Really enjoy the grow serous. Unfortunately too much biotin had me breaking out with acne, so I couldn’t continue with the gummies…but they are indeed delish!
