I would give Vegamour many more stars if I could! I was at my wits end with my hair, it was dry, brittle, and really thin. I felt helpless as it just kept falling out and breaking off, not to mention my self-esteem was deeply effected, and I was even shopping for wigs! One year after subscribing to the gummies, then the hair serum, and eventually the conditioner also: My hair is beyond fully recovered, it is thicker and healthier than before this ordeal! I love how thick my hair is now, and my hairdresser can’t get over how healthy it is. I wish I had taken before photos, but I was too embarrassed at the time. Considering how bad of a hair-crisis I was in, Vegamour is nearly miraculous as a product.

Trying to cancel I wish I would have known, you cannot cancel your subscription online, you must call. The hold music is not enjoyable. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. The agent is polite enough. I'm assuming she's just doing her job, but she's tried to sell me other subscription products. I did have to tell the agent 3 times that I want to cancel. I was also offered the option to suspend my account up to 12 months. 16 minutes later, my subscription has been cancelled. I did receive an email confirmation that my account has been canceled. All of this could have been done online in less than 2-3 minutes vs 16 on the phone. This experience will make me think twice about ever renewing my subscription in the future.

Double check your account if you have asked to cancel via email! On 5/10/22, I emailed with Vegamour Customer Service to cancel my subscription as I had a lot of left over product. After many emails back and forth, the Customer Service representative confirmed in an email that the subscription was cancelled and that I would be receiving a separate email confirmation directly from Vegamour with an option to restart my subscription. On 5/11/22, after not receiving this second email and seeing that my subscription was still active in my account, I called to confirm my subscription was cancelled. The rep said that there was a "glitch" in the system preventing the prior rep from sending the confirmation email cancelling my subscription. Clearly the reps are instructed to tell customers that something is cancelled via email and not process the official cancellation, thinking that customers will not notice, blaming it on a "glitch." Vegamour sent the confirmation email and it is now reflected as cancelled in my account.

I experienced thinning eyebrows and hairline hair loss several years ago. I had small bare patches where brows had never grown back in, and using pencils or brow extensions wasn't too helpful: I had no eyebrows to glue the fake ones onto! Cosmetics were kind of harsh because it's impossible to darken brows you don't have. I looked like I had drawn on Barbie doll brows. I just had to try Vegamour for its natural components. I didn't have significantly high hopes, but sure enough-- after approximately 4 months of regular use, I had new eyebrows coming in! I saw what I nicknamed my "downy hair" growing around my hairline where I wanted it to grow, too! I'm glad that I remained patient and gave the products time to work. I also use the shampoo, conditioner, and detoxifying serum. Actually, my 20 yr old daughter noticed the results and uses Vegamour, too. The prices are a little hefty for my budget, but I deserve my Vegamour!

After getting eyelash perm my eyelashes have fallen a lot. So I started Vegamour and now my eyelashes are back to long and even longer and fuller state in just a month. I am Asian. My lashes became longer than my other fellow Asians' now.

I love this product. I have seen a difference in the texture of my hair and more importantly my cow-lick has all but gone away! I will be a customer for life (not to mention it smells amazing and I compliments on that all the time). Best shampoo/conditioner combo I have ever used. A bit pricey but 100% worth every penny as I have very long hair and it still lasts me a little over a month per bottle & the benefits mentioned above.
