I purchased the gro shampoo, conditioner, gummies, serum, and lash serum in hopes of regaining my once thick lustrous locks. What I got was major increased shedding, so much so, that my husband even noticed. Yikes! In a panic I emailed the company only to be told it was possibly a very rare reaction. This is my luck. I’m willing to try for the full 4 months, but I may be bald by then. Can’t say that I would recommend these products to anyone. Aside from the wonderful smell, I have yet to experience any other benefits from the products.

I purchased the Vegamour products on a subscription basis by accident. No big deal I thought, I’ll just cancel the subscription when I’m ready. Turns out it’s impossible to cancel! When you log into your account you can add or change absolutely anything about your order except cancelling it! To do this they direct you to a contact page where I proceeded to fill in my details and receive email notification that I would be contacted in 48 hrs. Weeks later still no response. I try calling the Australian number during business hours but it goes to voicemail. Now my account is being deducted without my permission. Do not buy from this company. They’re charlatans who just want your money.

Try using your rewards, not so much. Try navigating their website, not so much. Try speaking to custom service and end up talking to someone in India you can barely understand! Not a good experience AT ALL!

Overall I am noticing a difference in hair loss in the fact that I'm losing less hair while showering. It is difficult to tell this early on whether or not I have new hair growth however. My main goal is to get new growth on the sides of my head where the hair feels thinner. Overall am happy to see less fallout

I have been really pleased with all the Vegamour products I have tried. I started using the GRO Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Serem after I experienced significant hormone-related hair loss from a health crash a few years ago. I was devestated about my hair and tried a number of different treatments without success, then I found Vegamour. Within 2.5 months, I was already growing new hair and my bald spots were filling in. I couldn't believe it! Based on how well these products worked, I moved on to use the Lash Serum and just recently added the new GRO Ageless grey hair serum. I am confident these two will be amazing as well.

Trying to cancel a subscription is a nightmare. As others have experienced, I somehow was set up for a subscription, but when I tried to login to said account to cancel the subscription, I get a message saying there is no account associated with my email address. How is there a subscription with no active account? So I created an account and was able to view the subscription tied to my email address, but now there’s no way to cancel it myself on their website. What online retailer in 2022 doesn’t have an option for customers to cancel their subscription themselves?? So I email customer service asking to cancel; should be easy enough, right? Nope. I get a reply saying they normally only handle cancellations over the phone (again, it’s 2022!!) but they’ll do me a “favor” and will help me cancel by email. Then I have to go back and forth 2 more times to confirm that I want to cancel! The rep first asks why I want to cancel, which is really my business and I don’t owe an explanation. And again, they ask me to confirm after offering more deals to keep me on a subscription plan. At this point, just cancel the dang account! Honestly, I liked the product I was using (the brow growth serum), I would just prefer to purchase it when I need it instead of getting surprise orders when I’m not ready, but this experience with trying to cancel has turned me off of the company altogether. There are other serums that work just as well (Babe Lash) from companies that won’t be so difficult to work with. Save your time and money and stay away from Vegamour.
