Your renewal price increase was insane for 22-23 so we found a different carrier to meet our needs. Your renewal increase, no claims, was over 35% for all lines of insurance. We did not feel that was an acceptable situation for us so you lost a customer. Your website also needs improvement. Very difficult to find payment/quotes for new vehicles, etc. Self-service is more difficult than it should be. I don't want to go to my independent agent every time I have a policy/billing/quote question. Doing business with you was extremely difficult. Other high-end carriers have an extreme advantage over you in this area.

I requested a review of my policy to: 1. remove sinkhole coverage 2. update the age of the roof of my primary dwelling (it is only 4 years old, but the policy says it is more than 20 years old) I believe this should lower my premium, but instead, none of these changes were made, and my premiums went up.

In February we went through a significant winter storm that lasted for 10 days. During that time we had over $20,000.00 worth of damage to our home caused directly by the storm. Vault refused to cover anything.

The system for claims is very easy but amounts charged and insurance companies lack of smart cost control makes the cost of repair probably 3 times higher than what common sense dictates The company Paul Davis Restoration, in my opinion, rips the Vault Insurance Co. Off with inflated billing resulting in higher than necessary premiums. Also their contracts given to customer is abusively one way and unfair. Still my opinion

Your website is the worst! I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years and worked with multiple companies and websites and your website is not user friendly. It's hard to find the information that you are looking for especially billing information. I find myself having to spend more time clicking on tab after tab to find exactly what I need. You need to redesign your website and make it simple to read and understand. Often times I just get frustrated and send an email to a Vault Rep asking for information or to send me something.

Software is lousy. They started in FL promising great things and that they were there to offer a great alternative to other high value writers then locked us down (declining everything). They have pretty much abandoned the state to concentrate elsewhere. Their underwriting process is too slow. I really don't see the point of them having an excess and surplus side either because they decline everything just like admitted. Not impressed.
