We've had two claims this year - one for a damaged antique and one for broken sewer line. Vault's service has been the most easy and efficient we've ever experienced! We provided an estimate of repairs from the repair people we had lined up ourselves (didn't have to wait for an adjuster to come out and insurance company to line up their own people) and Vault sent us a check in the mail the next day (we didn't have to wait until the work was completed to get reimbursed). We couldn't be more pleased and are recommending Vault to every friend and family member we can think of. Thank you!

Fantastic, timely, efficient service. Once we got over our accident, we didn’t have a care in the world after we contacted Chris, our claims agent. We received an ultra luxury SUV at our home on a Sunday morning and kept it until the day our new car arrived. The check for the totaled car arrived within 5 days, also, which made the buying process easier, especially in this market. I couldn’t feel happier or more secure with Vault.
