Totally satisfied with the way the adjustors handled the claim. This process could not have been handled better. I only wish the company had not cancelled my coverage. Had I known, I would probably not filed the claim.

Claims process started out as I would expect, a "denied" response to my claim after a Vault engineer visited my home to inspect damage. However, after I hired 2 professionals to assess the damage and find the root of the problem, Vault agreed to reconsider their assessment. End result, claim was paid, and I am a satisfied customer.
