Vault responded immediately to my notice regarding damage to my car by another motorist. They promptly arranged for the repairs, provided a rental car during the repair period and handled the claim swiftly and without challenge. Best experience I have ever had working with an insurance company.

We had multiple slab leaks that resulted in damage to our home. They were wonderful to work with. They had all the expert contractors to recommend and were timely in processing the claims so that we could get the work done. They covered everything and more. Estimator was patient, thorough and kind.

My experience with Vault, and in particular Derek Franks, could not have been better. The experience with Vault and Derek exceeded all expectations. We had a sewer backup that required a sewer line replacement, and as we learned, the sewer backup into our house necessitated quite a bit of remediation. Derek and Vault were fair in determining what was needed to make the necessary repairs at the same high level of finish that was in our house and were quick to address the situation. Derek and Vault went above and beyond. When it became apparent additional repairs were needed, Derek did not hesitate to address. When we learned we would need to be out of our house for an extended period, Derek made sure we were put in a position to find satisfactory housing commensurate with our needs. When the contractor took much longer than expected to complete the work, Derek and Vault extended our temporary housing accordingly. I would recommend Vault (and do) to anyone who asks.

I received a rapid response to my claim. The adjuster, Derek Franks, came to my house within 2 days of my filing of the claim. A very thorough inspection (including detailed pictures) was made. Then within just a few days a report was issued. My claim was paid promptly with what I though was a very fair settlement. I would definitely recommend Vault for my insurance needs. Joe Hodge
