Vault Insurance - the perfect example of what an insurance company can and should be! We experienced quite a bit of damage as a result of Hurricane Ian and as a result, needed to submit a claim to Vault. From the moment we contacted Vault, they were incredibly responsive and efficient in every regard. We were immediately put in touch with Derek Franks, our insurance adjuster, who was extremely helpful, professional and responsive. He kept us updated on every facet of the process and was very helpful in every respect. This was our first claims experience with Vault and can honestly say that their level of professionalism and customer support knows no bounds! Thank you for looking after us so well!

Vault Insurance is awesome! We lost a number of items as a result of Hurricane Ian and had to submit a claim to Vault. We have heard all the insurance claim horror stories and since we have never made an insurance claim, we were concerned. Our Claims Adjuster, Derek Franks, was unbelievably responsive, professional and easy-to-deal with. Our claim was settled almost immediately.

Wow. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t experience it myself. I’ve heard about Vault’s claim service over the last few years but never did I expect to have a sizeable claim. After hurricane Ian, I experienced first hand how tremendous Vault really is as a company. From the initial phone call I got the impression that they really cared. I was told I would hear from my claims adjuster within 2 hours, it was less than that. Cell service was horrible for a few days but my adjuster, Derek Franks, was more than patient with me. I was treated with kindness and felt as if Derek genuinely cared about me and my house/situation. It’s rare to find a person who can make you feel that way, especially over the phone. I don’t know any other adjusters at Vault, I’m sure they are all fantastic! I must say that Vault is extremely lucky to have Derek as an employee because he obtains qualities and attributes that you need from your frontline employees. Vault’s reputation is largely built on their adjusters and how clients are treated throughout their claims process. I can confidently say that I am a client for life. I feel honored to be insured with Vault and further that all of my lines of business are with them. I hope that I never have to utilize them in the manner that I just went through, but if I do, I know what to expect. A++ service, thank you Vault!
