We were overseas when Hurricane Ian struck and our vehicle was partially submerged in the sea surge. Initially handling the claim from Europe and then finalizing things in the following months was made pleasingly simple, mostly I believe, by Christopher Smith. Very professional and efficient.

Claim was for windshield. Reimbursement was very quick. I did have to contact Vault to get the claim # in order to have payment processed because that was not provided up front. I would suggest that you review your online claims submission because there seems to be a thorough process if you submit to Vault/Safelite. But if you contact Safelite on your own and submit the claim for reimbursement, there is no "process on line". you simply email and attach the receipt. It would make sense to have a form completed online, attach receipt and then receive a claim # as proof it was received, etc. I would suggest taking a look at it
