Words can’t describe how great of experience it was working with Vault. They made my insurance company look like dog food. Matt Hughes, my point of contact, was exceptional. They should clone him and deployed him at other locations- honestly. I could not have been happier. I am actually looking at switching from present insurance company to Vault because of my experiences with Matt and Vault!

I reported my loss to Vault and an adjuster was immediately assigned. He contacted the repair facility and authorized the work. Smooth ,efficient process without worry or hassle. Very satisfied. Hope I never have to report another claim but if necessary will do so with confidence that Vault will be fair and prompt.
