I received my package and none of the vases were broken. I was amazed; I expected at least 1 or 2 to be broken during shipping, but all were fine. Quality is good and photos were accurate representation. Buying these at a home improvement store would have cost a lot more, I think.. I am going to order more soon.

I typically don’t write reviews but felt compelled because this company has terrible customer service. Do not purchase vases from vase market. The liner supplied with our boxes leaked and ended up ruining $400 worth of flowers. When I contacted customer service they did not resolve the issue, but also blamed me for not calling them to make sure their vases/liners held water appropriately before I purchased them. Do not waste your time or money. Response to reply from vase market below: I did initially call customer service, left a message, a no one returned my phone call. I then reached out via email and had the experience outlined above. The description on the website should indicate that the vase and liner is more suitable for succulents. I asked to return the product because I was unsatisfied and was told I couldn’t because they were used. I didn’t know they leaked until I used them, so your return policy seems unreasonable.

They sold floral wedding wood boxes with liners to hold the water and all the water leaked in every 24 of them. The company will not stand by their product and refused to handle the situation. I guess their customers satisfaction means nothing.
