Hello Andreea. First of all, I apologize for the delayed delivery and the issues with the return. The delivery method you paid for was the 2nd business day, and the order came in on the 2nd. The warehouse we work with handled the package on the 6th of August, although we constantly monitor shipments and urge them to ship on time. The tracking shows the first delivery attempt was on the 8th, and there were 2 following attempts. Finally, the package was left at the post and collected on the 18th. I understand you were probably already away from home, and if the package had been sent on time, we wouldn't have missed you. Our team always provides a prepaid return label. I am not sure what happened in your case, but we will investigate that. We never charge for the return, so I can only apologize if you felt like you had to send the device on your own. Just so you know, I will check every detail of that case and make sure that it never happens again. We also consider finding a new shipping partner, as our current one is not delivering on time. Hello Adam. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding the voice cloning feature, we need a bit more information to help you. Translation accuracy is our top priority, and we constantly test it. If the device misinterprets more than 1 to 5% of captured words, then something is not working, and we need to further clarify this. Our customer team will contact you ASAP to help you.
