I have tried to get in touch with customer service by phone text message and now this way. if I don't receive an answer I will go to the better business bureau. the date of the offense was 05/12/2025 @ 10.30 a.

I decided to buy the Varon 06 to take on an upcoming trip, instead of the much larger and heavier unit I had been using. I paid for expedited shipment. The unit arrived with a couple of days to spare. ⁹and the company kept me informed throughout. Regarding the concentrator, it is easy to set up and use. It's quiet enough, compact to pack, and worked very well. If continuing service is this good, I'll let you know, but so far, very good.

Ron Dorland, Colorado Springs, Colorado. After 15 months of use, strictly at night, my $999.95 VARON portable concentrator quit concentrating oxygen and needs repair. I don't expect free repair. After 2 weeks of dealing with customer service through email,I give up. I simply need the address to the service center but I can't have it until I pay the $30 fee for checking out the unit. I'm required to pay for the address to the repair shop. Insane. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. VARON is not medical grade and no local repair business will look at it for that reason. There is a good reason Amazon quit selling VARON.

Bought a Vp-2 ( NTO2 ) pulsed concentrator a few weeks ago for ambulatory oxygen outside: shopping, gardening etc. Initial impressions and use suggests that it does the job but be careful of pulsed O2 levels: I just use it at 1or 2 for limited times One needs in theory a clinical assessment but this takes time and while I am a non smoker but my wife is a smoker, the NHS is reluctant to even consider assessment- even for me,use outside etc. I am happy with my own setting and use of the unit: no regrets buying this. Even with a1 year warranty ( return to PRC ), the lack of incountry service/support is of concern. All in all: it is either this or a Rove 6 at 4x the price I would like a lighter unit but it’s marginal so Rove 4 or another vp2? as backup Right now I am inclined to get another vp2 ) sharing batteries etc Nb pre and post sales help and interrogation( by me ) have been excellent My reading is that this an honest and very competent PRC company trying to do the best.

I recently bought a VP6 when a larger hospital grade machine Medicare was paying for died. This made me aware that I needed a backup (and one that is lighter weight). Having done technical support on hardware and software, I knew to become familiar with the manual before doing anything else. Many support issues can be prevented that way. The machine is and does what I expected, and I am pleased with my purchase. The only comment (and it's not a complaint) I have is that the pouches on the side of the bag aren't large enough for the extra battery or charger.

The equipment arrived earlier than expected and just on time for a six hours trip. The oxygen concentrator is portable, light weight, and easy to use, which is what we were looking for. We are happy with it and consider it a very good buy.
