My order is on séoul, the delevry time is very too long

I bought the VH-2 Pro to give me 93% @ 2l which it does admirably. However it has 2 MAJOR issues. First the carry slot is extremely hard to use because it is not over the center of gravity and hurts your knuckles. Why not just put on a strategically positioned handle. Are you afraid how it looks over usability? Second the capacity of the water tank is beyond ridiculously insufficient. I am at a loss to understand why anyone would do this? Do you really think people will get up at night every 3 hours to refill it. GIANT FAIL.

I have three reviews. first their green cannula. the odor of the plastic is horrible. they should be embarrassed to sell them. I threw mine away. 2nd, the VP-8G. for me is hard to adapt to being a mouth breather especially while sleeping but once asleep it seems to work fine. It is a portable unit and is great for that porpoise, it is at night while traveling were the problem exists, at home I use a continuous flow unit at night. 3rd the VH-2 pro. I like it much better than the pulse flow since I use it mostly for sleeping. The only problem it has so far is the AC power cord, it keeps falling out. I really like the touch screen, it makes it very easy to turn of and on.

Bought on Amazon, the product itself fulfilled expectations. But, the instruction manual in Spanish is incomprehensible. ¡Very bad translation!. With regard to the additional battery ordered to Varon EE.UU.,the shipping information was not updated for several days.The item arrived quite late.

Unit works fine. Well built and gives an acceptable concentration even at level 5. not quite the 93% advertised but around 89%. Takes forever shipping from China. Website indicates that the units are stocked in the US.

Le produit semble bon, sauf ma batterie qui ne prend que la moitié de sa charge. Même si je la vide au complet elle ne recharge qu'à moitié peut importe la durée de recharge. La 2 ième batterie fonctionne très bien, pris beaucoup de temps à être livrée.

NT-O2 concentrator. works well as long as you are on home AC power or plugged in to car battery, however on battery operation I get less than two hours on # 1 setting with 8 cell battery and barely 4 Hours on #1 with 16 cell battery.

The product works fine. It is louder than they state it is. The customer service is non existent. First off, they state if you pay with pay pal you get 15% off. Nope, didn't happen. Wrote the company, no response. I've written them regarding the machine being loud. No response. My o2 numbers improved. The product arrived quickly but don't expect any type of service.
