I still have not received the main component of my order #VR16742. 5L Premium Home Oxygen Concentrator Serene. I sent emails but it still has not been delivered. I am dissatisfied

Das Gerät macht einen billigen Eindruck, die teile sind nicht fest im Gehäuse weswegen es raschelt. Außerdem ist es so laut das man kein wort seines gegenüber mehr versteht. Der Kundenservice eine absolute Katastrophe umd inkompetent noch oben drauf, mir wurde gesagt das ich ein defektes Gerät ohne sorgen benutzen könnte obwohl man deutlich hören konnte das lose teile im Gehäuse waren. Die rücksendebedingungen sind eine frechheit, die knöpfen einem bei rückgabe 20% des Kaufwertes + rücksendegebühren ab. Dann das gerät lieber bei Amazon kaufen, selbes gerät aber deutlich weniger stress.

We purchased a continuous flow NT6 for my mother in law. She needs at least 3L flow. Well anything above 1L takes the consideration below 90 % making it worthless. We share the blame, as we obviously did not research this product enough

The machine is not working, my oxygen level is the same using or not using the concentrator. It does not produce any oxygen at any level,and only 90% available at level 1. Don't buy!!

The NT-06 I ordered is what I expected except for the following: First, they do not tell you that you get 90% oxygen only on the 1 liter flow rate. I requie 2 liters so it gives only 50% oxygen at that point. The higher the flow rate the lower the oxygen concentration. Second, battery life is only about an hour and a half at best.

Having a problem contacting the company. I need to return this unit because it does not meet my mother needs. She tested it and her o2 was 79 at 5L, she now needs to be at 90%. Dr changed her to 6L a day at 90 % which this unit does not meet. Everything is in the box minus the nasal tube. I never received the spare battery but was charged for it. Company email doesn’t exist the phone number VM box is full I was charger an additional $22.25 my unit for some reason I thought shipping was supposed to be free.
