It's a good scooter company but had an issue when I first got my scooter out of the box. I aired up the tires. I noticed the front tire went flat when I got to work. So I ran through some soapy water to check any holes but there weren't any. So I was thinking 🤔 maybe the company put the seal on wrong so I bought new ones to replace them. But overall I was emailing Sylvia the customer service department (CSD). And she was a great person, very responsive and respectful! 😊

Got the Varla Eagle 2.0, amazing quality, very solid and well built. Had some issues with one of the controllers, but I contacted support and they were able to help me with no issues, and sent me a replacement. All thanks to Sylvia from the support team for the help and great communications. Highly recommended!

Firstly, with no update info, the delivery was delayed almost a month. Secondly, FedEx, contrary to popular opinion, made the delivery point virtually inaccessible—they will not store given the lithium battery and the scooter was bandied around to different locations. I requested the scooter be returned—I have yet to receive a follow-up with this company nor a credit for the scooter. Friends, find a different scooter with a reliable company that cares about your dollars. It sure ain’t this one.
