Vapor SellerReviews of vaporseller.com

I ordered a Sigelei mod from Vaporseller and I got excellent customer service from a rep named Nick. He took the time to explain the differences between the two mods I was looking at. He also explained the differences to me about the tanks and what would be a great starter tank for me to get. I received my orders very quickly and I will definitely buy from them again. I will also tell all my friends to order from them. They really do have great prices. Thanks for helping me out Nick! Jim

I just received the two mods and my tank from VaporSeller. I wanted to leave a special Thank you note for all the guys and gals who helped me out through the process. I am sorry that I might not be the easiest person to deal with since I am old and also no experience in vaping world. I spoke with 3 different people at VaporSeller. First two was with Angel and one other girl whom I cannot remember the name regarding a suitable mod for my needs and last with a gentleman regarding my backup needs. Customer service in general was very accommodating and informative. I messed up my order since i misspelled my email address during checkout and never received an order confirmation but they also helped me with that. I got my order in 3 days. I want to thank you all for taking the time to deal with me and with my order. I already recommended you to several of my friends who are also trying to quit smoking like me. I will be back when I need more accessories or replacement parts.

I ordered the v tower it was quick cheap and packaging was great I used it and love it no problems at all I'm definitely ordering again.

I just received all 3 mods, as advertised and expected in less than 4 days. Looks like there has been unreasonable demands lately so I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you guys, if you read all reviews. I will share you on my Facebook too. This is especially for Amy who took almost an hour of her time to explain me the Triton vs Elite difference. Thanks again. I will be back for sure. You guys should start carrying some juice too.

I'm happy with my product.

I shopped on this site twice and recommended them to several of my friends. My original purchase was a MFLB and they got the best prices. The service was fast and delivery was prompt. My second purchase was a Solo (which i recently upgraded to Haze) and same great service with fast delivery. My friends also had good experience with Vapor Seller ever since I recommended them. I just saw an email from them, letting all their customers know that they have been suffering from fake company bashing reviews on this portal and I decided to join and share my experience. It is very easy to bash a business online nowadays since most happy people do not take their time to review businesses. You can use my order id or name as a reference and I do not have a problem with it. Keep up the good work and I will be back for more business.

So here's what happened with me. I ordered a blue Flowermate mini. They emailed and called next day to say the blue are on backorder but I could get the black immediately. Fine with me! So I called and they shipped that sucker right on out to me. So I'm just writing to say that they do care about customer service. I'll update with any further info if the 5 star rating wouldn't be warranted.

I have been in the market for a good portable vape. I owned an Ascent in the past and was ready for a new adventure and bought a Pax from VaporSeller. After using it for 3 weeks, I decided that it was not the unit for me. Too hot vapor, short battery life. Good looking product but performance is not there. I called VaporSeller and asked if I could still return it. They told me no problem. I asked if there is something else I can try instead. They gave me few options and I chose the Haze portable. They took my used unit and gave me full credit towards this other brand. The communication was excellent and they went above and beyond. I have been using Haze last 2 weeks and what a machine. Absolutely love it. Any other company could easily deny my request since it was a used item but these folks care about their customers. Thanks again and you have a customer for life.
