My order never arrived. When I contacted customer support they told me it is not their problem. $100 gone with 0 help from this company.

They are misleading customers with their Non-Ice product page. After ordering from this section, I discovered the products actually do contain menthol/ice. Why mislead customers? This is no way to retain customers. I won't be ordering from them anymore. To make things worse, they haven't responded to my inquiry about this issue. What a scam! Fix your website and stop misleading customers!

I love all the new products they carry which have the displays on them to measure my usage. Shipping is always fast. Don't believe the negative reviews. I appreciate that their company focuses on ID verifications to insure minors CANNOT take advantage of their site. A+++ my only go to.

I had a small mix up with my last order and their customer service was very helpful and resolved my concern right away.
