First Yelp review :(
First Yelp review. As a longstanding customer of White Horse, I've never had a problem until recently. I purchased a RAZ DC25000 Disposable Vape this afternoon and was charged a total of over $26. This item was priced on their website at $18.99, which I have included a screen shot of. When the price discrepancy was explained to the employee, they claimed their website featured an "old" price and refused to honor what their website had stated. Although the employee was polite, not honoring advertised prices is usually considered false advertising by most. A great way to keep your customer experiences positive and recurrent would be to honor advertised prices, even if it's the company's faux pas. A great way to lose customers is to offer excuses and refusals to honor prices as advertised. There are companies which never do this to their customers, especially longstanding ones. Reputable companies honor their advertised prices no matter what. Anyone potentially considering an in-person visit should be aware of my experience and tread lightly.
