VantrueReviews of vantrue.com

Great dashcam. I have the E2. The picture quality is more than enough to see everything clearly. Front and back. The app is pretty easy to use as well. Can easily download the vids and pics. I hardwired mine, and the parking mode is an excellent feature to have. Works very well. The wiring kit keeps my battery from dying as well.

I love the Vantrue Falcon F1. I ride in Southern California, and having front and rear cameras is a must. The first thing I do when I get a new car or motorcycle is put cameras on it. I have had many. For motorcycles, Vantrue is the best. Someone took the time to make the phone app work. It connects quickly to the cameras, which is something that does not happen with other brands. Great cameras, and I am very happy with the phone app.

Best dash cam on the market. It’s works flawlessly with a great picture. App is also very good to communicate with dash cam. Great customer service.

The product itself is absolutely amazing! The build quality is top-notch and completely exceeded my expectations. A minor note regarding the app: there is still a little room for improvement. A few descriptions and features could be phrased more clearly and intuitively for non-tech-savvy users, but that hardly takes away from the overall experience. What truly stands out is the customer support. The team responds incredibly fast, remains super friendly, and was exceptionally accommodating and generous when dealing with a goodwill request. A well-deserved 5 stars, two thumbs up—keep up the great work!

I’ve been very happy with both the Vantrue app and Vantrue’s customer service. I use the app with the N4 Pro dash cam installed in my truck, primarily to check for firmware updates, but I’ve also used it to change camera settings and review recorded footage. The app works well and makes managing the camera much more convenient. What has impressed me most, though, is Vantrue’s customer support. When a customer has an issue, they seem genuinely interested in getting it resolved rather than simply providing a generic response. Their troubleshooting has been thorough and helpful, and if a problem can’t be resolved and the product is still under warranty, they are willing to replace it when necessary. Good customer service makes a big difference with products like dash cams that you depend on every day. Based on my experience, Vantrue stands behind its products and makes a real effort to ensure its customers are satisfied. I’m very pleased with my N4 Pro, the app, and especially the support I’ve received from Vantrue.

I’m so impressed. Their products are reliable and useful. And their customer service associates are very understanding, courteous and prompt with their replies about parts replacement. I’ll always trust Vantrue over other brands.

I have the Vantrue N4 Pro and the N4 for my other car. Both cameras worked great from date of purchase to now. I even tried their hardware kit that lets the camera run 24/7 even when the cars off and it works great. I recommend getting suction mounts over adhesive tape as those fall off in the summer heat.

Very good customer service. Very quick reply to questions. The camera works well in my car and gives me peace of mind.
