The camera app is very poor and frustrating to use. Even though my car is only about 100 meters away and clearly visible from my 5th-floor apartment, I cannot access live recording on my phone. The camera is powered through the OBD port (under the steering wheel), which is supposed to support 24-hour parking/live monitoring, but this feature does not work properly and has no clear instructions. The app also forces Wi-Fi reconnection repeatedly, making it unreliable and not user-friendly. Please fix the app, stabilize the connection, and make the OBD 24-hour live view work as advertised.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience. Regarding live view: dash cam Wi-Fi is designed for short-range use only (typically a few meters). A distance of around 100 meters—even with line of sight—is unfortunately beyond the capability of standard Wi-Fi due to vehicle shielding and signal limitations. Remote live view from an apartment requires an LTE connection rather than Wi-Fi. As for the OBD power cable, it provides continuous power for parking mode recording, but live remote access depends on the camera’s connection method and settings. We agree that the instructions could be clearer, and your feedback on this is very helpful. We’re also sorry about the repeated Wi-Fi reconnection issue. Our app team is actively working on improving connection stability and overall usability. Please contact our support team via [email protected] with your camera model and setup details and we’d really like the chance to help you get the best possible experience.
