Just upgraded from a n2s to the n5s. N2s was a great Cam but I needed Wi-Fi and rear view camera. N5s is great. I drive a lot and this catches everything inside and outside the car. Resolution and video quality is great. Downloading videos is fast. Once setup, there's nothing else to do. Voice command work well.

I have purchased two Vantrue units several years apart. They have always had Excellent customer support. If you are looking for a good Dash Cam, I recommend Vantrue.

Although Ive not had any experience with customer service the products so far are super. They seem to be built solid and work well. The kits come with everything and I'd surely recommend van true. I have one for my truck and my wife's car. So far no problems. The only thing i worry about is I live in South Louisiana and it gets really hot inside the vehicle. I try and protect it as much as possible but still, it's hot. May van true can come up with a cover of some kind for the camera??? Maybe?

Items arrived quickly. Bought the N5S and it works perfectly. Then decided to go with the OBD hardwire kit which gets you full access of what the camera can do.

Once I found reliable info it was relatively easy to install. Really like the set up.

The Vantrue N5 is easy to install and use; performance are in line with expectations. Vibrations and movements of the car do not affect the video quality. In video recordings, the plates of nearby cars can be read quite clearly; this is a bit more difficult for those further away. Generally speaking, I'm satisfied.

I have the N5S. I'm specifically happy with the LTE module. I love being able to remotely connect to my dash cam when I'm away from my car, like at home or in the office. And being able to view from the cameras live as well as recorded video/snapshots. I would like to see an enhancement to where I could get motion notifications to my phone as text message. The video quality is great
