I ordered my ring 3 weeks ago with a 2-3 business day processing. Well, the ring has not been shipped and when I contacted the company, they took several days to respond only to say that they are out of stock and waiting for production. This should have been told to customers prior to purchasing. I have requested a refund and have not gotten any information yet.

Scam. They sent me two and charged me twice. I had to send my ring back to get a refund and only received 13 dollars back out of the 42 dollars spent. Not only that I had to pay for a label and to ship back.

I received the jewelry I ordered from Vanimy. And I absolutely loved it. It was well-packed, and the jewelry details are amazing. The only bad thing is that the rings I ordered didn't fit :(, my mistake, I thought the size I chose would fit. However, it totally exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone! ;)
