Incredibly disappointed by the quality. I was aware this isn't high-end jewellery but already after wearing the pendant two times for evening dinners, one of the artificial zirconia came loose and was lost. I went to a shop asking if they could replace it and after the jeweller inspected it, he told me all the stones were so badly attached they too would soon come off - so not worth fixing. I've bought cheaper rhinestone jewellery than this that lasted years. I am utterly disappointed.

Spent over $100 on these earrings and they shipped from china and don’t stay clasped shut. I’ve had them for maybe 2 weeks and they fall out all the time and I’m scared I’m going to lose them. Terrible brand.

Return process and fees not worth purchasing from them. The ring I ordered reverted to a size 5 somehow in the online order. To return your responsible with no return assist, no mailing label, must show them a tracking receipt! What retailer doesn’t make returns easy in this day. Restocking fees! Your kidding

J'ai commandé une paire de boucles d'oreilles dont une ne ferme pas bien. Je n'ose pas la porter, de peur de la perdre. J'ai donc contacté Vanimy, qui m'a demandé une vidéo démontrant la situation, ce que j'ai fait. Je suis même allée chez un bijoutier pour voir ce qu'il y avait à faire , sans succès. Vanimy m'indique ce que je pourrais faire, mais ce sont des actions que j'ai déjà essayées. Je leur ai écrit à nouveau, demandant de leur poster la boucle d'oreille, pour qu'ils puissent constater le défaut de fabrication. Bien hâte de voir si une solution sera trouvée à ma satisfaction.
