Spent over $100 on these earrings and they shipped from china and don’t stay clasped shut. I’ve had them for maybe 2 weeks and they fall out all the time and I’m scared I’m going to lose them. Terrible brand.

Return process and fees not worth purchasing from them. The ring I ordered reverted to a size 5 somehow in the online order. To return your responsible with no return assist, no mailing label, must show them a tracking receipt! What retailer doesn’t make returns easy in this day. Restocking fees! Your kidding

My purchases came and I was very disappointed by the size for what I paid for. It is extremely small. The charm is a little over 1/2" and the chain is very thin. I feel like the photos of the necklace and charm are very deceiving compared to what you actually get.

They sent an email if I wanted instead 40% off for my next purchase. I’m still waiting for that coupon but not reply from them . I don’t recommend this product. The jewelry is amazingly beautiful! The quality and details is amazing. Shipping is not the best I order the necklaces a month go. I have not received my product at all.
