I ordered a pendant necklace from Vanimy which was listed as .925 Sterling silver. When it arrived I immediately could tell that it was not silver and I tested it using the magnet test. I emailed them to let them know that it was fake, they did not believe me requesting video proof. I made a video showing the pendant being attracted to the magnet twice and sent it to them. They then requested me to send it back so they can do their own testing before determining what they would do next. I asked for a return shipping label since shipping would cost almost as much as the necklace itself. They stopped responding to me. This company is scanning people, if you do order please make sure you have the jewelry tested.

The jewelry is amazingly beautiful! The quality and details is amazing. Shipping is not the best I order the necklaces a month go. I have not received my product at all.

I ordered 2 rings, for more then €100,- euros, on the website it clearly states gold, but when they finally arrived, the colour was yellow metal, one ring was misshaped and the weight was way to light to be any form of gold. I requested for the rings to be send back THEY WILL KEEP 50% of the whole amount AS A RETURNING FEE so be careful. Then they send me an adres where to send the package with track and trace to America. Which I did. Few days later, they send me a new adress to send the package too while I already send the package to the first adress… I hope I get my money back, this was such a waste of money, time and energy. I had to pay €75,- euros for AIR - nothing. I will never buy here again and hopefully no one else will fall for the same trap.

I really like my necklace and the customer service was really nice too. The design is really beautiful.

Total scam. Their products are trash and they price them heavy and then make you pay for your refund and you end up with 10% of what you paid. I will never buy anything from here again and I plead everyone else to avoid this company at all costs.

Total scam...ordered 5 weeks ago, never sent, no way to communicate with these people, looks like a foreign country outfit....scary they have my credit card info

If I could give them minus stars I would - Absolute scam and joke of a company. Jewellery quality is awful and is clearly made overseas and shipped from china. The photos they use on there site are digitally enhanced and generate and do not reflect the quality at all. The sizing is all off as well, and when you try to return they force you to cough up 50% of the price of the item and also pay return postage. We paid $170aud for a ring, have to pay $40 in postage back to the company and are only getting $85 back to return it. Leaving us with $45 in total from a $170 product. It’s borderline scandalous and is seriously backwards way of treating your customers. Do not buy and spend your money on elsewhere . Awful business

All jewellery items I purchased were beautiful. One item wasn’t included the original package due to shortages, but as soon as I contacted Vanimy, they swiftly had the item televised re delivered plus additional boxes for all my pieces. Very happy with them and will purchase gifts for friends and family.
