I ordered the sacred heart roses necklace with the alpha and omega beaded ring they’re both lovely. I also had to exchange the silver for gold since I’m a gold girl and they were tremendously helpful with that. Made the process totally seamless :)

Purchased the Delicate Cord Y Necklace. The item did not work out but Vanimy provided me a full refund for the necklace. I would consider purchasing other items from them in the future as they have a beautiful selection of jewelry.

The necklace is for my sister-in-law. It is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! It arrived on time and I love all of the extra card, box, and nice jewelry bag for the box. You take care of the customers!

My purchases came and I was very disappointed by the size for what I paid for. It is extremely small. The charm is a little over 1/2" and the chain is very thin. I feel like the photos of the necklace and charm are very deceiving compared to what you actually get.

Customer service got back to me within 24 hours and reply was more than satisfactory. The jewellery is beautifully made, meaningful designs, such a truly lovely company for those who walk in faith

Ordered my item February 21, 2026 it’s now March 22, 2026 and I’ve yet to receive my ring. They keep telling me it’s coming. I’d never order anything from them again. This is ridiculous when they tell you 10 to 14 days for delivery. Can’t reach them by phone either. Only through email.

I ordered the beautiful promise ring, not only is it stunning, but the customer service was absolutely amazing and in my first review, I advised I would be purchasing more because they have been phenomenal. I just ordered two more promise rings for my nieces for Christmas, and I absolutely love this faith based company. I have told all my friends that are Senior Care caregivers like myself and shown them all my purchases so there will be more clients setting up purchases right before Thanksgiving! Definitely a five star company and will probably order my jewelry there forever!

I ordered 2 rings and a bracelet. The jewelry arrived quickly. Unfortunately, a cross fell off the Ichthys Band Dangling Cross Ring after a very short time. I contacted customer service, who has been absolutely fantastic and helpful. They have replaced the ring. The quality of both the other ring and the bracelet is without any complaints. And I am very, very happy with the jewelry. Maybe the cross got stuck, maybe I hit it against something. I don't know. Either way, I couldn't have had better customer service. Maria From Denmark
