Finding my frog knobs was quite a journey! I looked through many magazines,catalogues and finally went on line. My customer service advisor listened to what I was looking for and looked through your inventory and made a suggestion,at this point I was lost. And there they were my frogs! I have a guest bath with a vaniety sink that I carried from Mexico back to Texas,it has beautifuland colorful fish swimming all around the bowl. I have a tropical feel to the room that makes guests feel happy. I even have a vintage Fento vase with fish molden into the service.

I love VanDykes products and have had fairly good experiences with ordering, however, returns are another issue. I tried cancelling an order less than 12 hrs. after placing it and was told one of two items was already in processing. I received both items and then had to pay $100 out of pocket to ship them. After two months of repeated emails and calls going in the same circles with no notes of the last 10x it reached out, I finally let my credit card deal with processing my credit for the return.

cant get my issue resolved. going on 2 months now.

I really like a company that I can go to when I really need a special item. And when I did an old barn wood job you had it. Thank you.

One small gasket ($20 item) broke on my tub faucet (that I had purchased from VD's in 2000). But, because VDs no longer works with that vendor anymore, I had to buy an entirely new faucet for over $300. Their offer of free shipping was the best the would do. Buyers beware....if you purchase something from VD's and they discontinue working with that vendor, you will not be able to get parts to fix a small issue and you'll be forced to buy a whole new item. They will not offer you a discount either.
