Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

Van Dyke's had a great selection compared to other companies. I found exactly what I was looking for. Order processing was fast and accurate. I was very pleased overall and will use Van Dyke's for my next project.

Very satisfied.

Found the exact hardware I needed for a primitive dry sink that had hardware changed over many years. As I add to my 'primitive' pieces I will definitely go to Van Dykes when I need hardware. I have shared my catalog with friends who work in restoration. They were happy to get it.

I have only bought corner guards over the years but, speaking just for them, they are of the highest quality.

Well, first the items I ordered were hinges for kitchen cabinets that myself and customer service went over sizes on. Then the product was shipped from another company! They still did not fit my cabinets and had to be returned! That was the hassle! Eventually it was done, but the total shipping to have them sent to me and returned to the other company was extremely expensive and was way more then the total of the hinges themselves which was very frustrating to us! For sure we'll check on al this before placing an order next time!!

I received some metal sheets that were damaged and the vendor corrected the problem. Satisfied !

My order of about 10 knobs came from three different suppliers with three different return addresses. I had to return two of the packages and had a whale of a time trying to get the correct return address. One package was returned to me because Van Dykes had given me the wrong return address and the people I sent it to could not accept it. I don’t think I was ever refunded for the final package. I just gave up and will certainly NEVER shop again from Van Dykes.

A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
