We rae a woodworking company and have ordered library stairs parts from you several times. The parts numbers are so confusing to both us and the sales person that we have not gotten the correct parts on any of our orders. This is not due to the person taking the order as much as it is the way the parts are numbered and displayed in your catalog. I've seen many suppliers that we deal with improving their catalogs but through all the years we have ordered from you I have seen no improvement to make it simpler for the consumer. The last time we needed stair parts we ordered from someone else.

I received a quick response when asked a question. Quick service and delivery. Will use again.

VanDykes's carries the most unique items and a good cross-section of pricing, so you can always find what you want. I have ordered from them several times and have never had a problem with the quality of any of the items. They provide a good description so you know exactly what you will get. Their service staff are excellent to deal with and easy to reach - no long waits to speak to someone). This is my go to store for hardware and accessories for my colonial home. i particularly like their rustic iron hardware for trunks and the like.

Ordered 3 pair bed fasteners. Received two pair of correct item and one pair of some item we couldn't even figure out how to use.

Great product, shipping is too epensive.

I can buy hardware that meets my Victorian style at Van Dykes, and find many items that are not available anywhere else. Thanks!
