Sizes were wrong and we were worried that they would not be exchanged since the sizes were not available at the time. Thankfully we made a custom order and returned the wrong sizes and got the correct ones within a month: earlier than they estimated. :) Great products, prompt attention and response, and excellent customer service!

Stones are mismatched. All are supposed to be red and 1 stone out of 7 is a different color. They are fake which I understand, but that would lead me to believe it would be easier to at least make them match each other. Customer service was good...just wish the quality was better for $130.
