La réponse de vancaro a été " c'est normal elle a été peinte on peu rien faire, surtout que c'est écrit sur la description de l'article que ça été peint" sauf qu'une peinture n'est pas censé partir et encore moin au bout d'1 semaine. Dans ce cas là il fallait l'écrire en description pour que je puisse ne pas acheté votre bague de mauvaise qualité !

This ring is a 925 sterling silver ring we've sold for many years. We are 100% certain it is 925 sterling silver, and we've included some methods for you to verify it yourself.

1. Magnet Test:
If a strong magnet is placed near the ring and there is no attraction, this can be considered a preliminary rule out as fake silver.
2. Dilute Nitric Acid Test:
How to: Dip a cotton swab in a small amount of dilute nitric acid (10%-20%) and gently rub the inside of the ring. If the swab turns light blue and the rubbed area only slightly discolors (with no obvious corrosion holes), it is 925 silver.
Note: Dilute nitric acid is corrosive, so wear gloves when handling. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after the test.
3. Sulfur Soap Test:
How to: Dissolve sulfur soap in warm water and soak the ring for 5-10 minutes. Authentic 925 silver will develop a uniform darkening of the surface. Remove the ring and rub it with white toothpaste. The darkened areas can be removed, restoring the silvery white color.
Note: Fake silver may not turn dark after soaking, or may not be easily removed with toothpaste.

Black band with a diamond (my fiancée LOVES black jewelry) she wore the ring for less than 1 week and half the black has been worn off! . I reached out to them for any help and they called it “wear and tear” and also said “people appreciate the vintage look” again, we’re talking less than a week and she took it off even to shower. They have ruined one of the most beautiful moments of my life. I hope this company goes bankrupt

Since this coating is not the color of the metal itself, it will inevitably wear off over time. The ring is made of 925 sterling silver, which is relatively soft. If it was accidentally affected by some external force, it may cause the rose welding point to break and cause it to fall off. Or maybe after two years of wearing, some metal has worn out and deformed, leading to this problem.
Please understand that if the ring has defects, it might break within a few days or weeks of wearing it, not after wearing it for two years.

J'en ai vu des arnaques au dropshipping mais la c'est du très haut level

I received the items, 2 necklaces, as ordered. Upon examination both were of poor quality made of cheap materials. Not only was I dissatisfied with the quality of the materials but the workmanship on the locket was poor. The 2 halves of the locket didn't align and the "engraving" was only laser printing.
Upon requesting a return for refund I was told the poor quality of the locket was not a reason for it's return and no refund would be issued despite their 30 day refund policy.
