All the agents were polite and helpful. Since the bus was full, it left a couple of minutes early. The driver was very professional and cautious. They even gave all the mothers a red rose to celebrate Mother's Day. The only down side was that my charging station didn't work. All in all however a good ride.

The Gold bus was very roomy, lots of leg room. Had very comfortable and clean leather seats. Best of all, there was a complimentary bottled water. The wi-fi was a bit slow. The lighting inside the bus was very comforting, similar to a Boeing 787. The driver was very courteous and the bus was very clean inside and almost on time. The ride could have been smoother, but the side streets in Maryland were terrible and quite bumpy, not the driver's fault. One suggestion. Add a Gold bus early in the morning, since I go to Manhattan early in the day, like 5 am. And the returning Gold Bus should leave NYC a bit later, like 5:30 pm. If you make those changes, myself and many of my colleague will switch to Vamoos God from Amtrak, which we normally take. Great ride. Will take it again.

From Arlington to NYC: very good From NYC to Arlington.Passenger in front with the driver was drunk and spoke loudly all the way. Dirty toilets already when started.

I would not travel between NYC and DC (Bethesda) any other way. Below are the things I like: The buses run on time. The boarding/arrival process is very efficient. The staff is extremely helpful, considerate, and polite. There are generally no stops. The price is quite reasonable. The schedule works well for my needs. The buses are in good working order.

The Vamoose is impeccable - mechanically, personally and esthetically. And it's a good financial deal! Staff is wonderful, buses are always on time. On Sunday May 3 we boarded at Penn Station for the 4:30 PM bus - by 8:30 PM we were in Rosslyn VA, the destination. Of course , the traffic gods were smiling that day but the driver was wonderful as well.
