The bests: 1. On time. 2. Clean bus. 3. Courteous and responsive staff at every level (baggage handlers drivers, dispatchers, phone lines - keep up the training and organizational culture! 4. Flexible about my heart condition, allow me to get on first. 5. Lots of choice times. 6. Good website. 7. Bonus rides. 8. Good locations in Bethesda and NYC (Penn Station). 9. Storage in NY for baggage. 10. Service and courtesy by baggage handlers (I tip, but they would do it, anyway, because of their attitude and training) 11. On-line and phone responsiveness. 12. Ability to put reservations on hold, and no penalties. 13. No disruptive TV, as when the route began. 14. Encouragement of quietness with cell phones and talking. 15. Free Times and water. 16. Electrical outlets, 98% working, within margin of error. 17. Gold bus seating. 18. Generally consistent bus drivers and help in terms of courtesy and competence. 19. Handy bags to put trash into. 20. Cup holders on Gold Bus. Wish the others had them, but can't have everything. 21. Use of different routes (Bethesda only or Rosslyn only, or two Gold buses at a time) and demand pricing. 22. Dispatcher told me of a better place to park in Bethesda, right at the Waverly location, auto lot, where I could use my meter call-in to add money on Monday, if I left on Saturday, etc. Before, I had parked at the non-meter lot on the other side of the Metro station and trundled everything three blocks, in extremely hot or cold weather, with a heart condition. Kudos to the staff for going out of their way! Bads: 1. Terrible bandwidth and connections. Makes my time unproductive and trip negative. Sometimes, I have to take the train, even though much higher-priced because of the need to get work done, or important emails. Even Gold Bus this week was as bad as the rest of them. Fix/Invest in this and 90% of your complaints and hidden hostilities would be stopped, plus all the scores would go to five stars! I'd also pay a premium for better connection (90% of the time, can't even connect, even forgetting speed) and sit in a special row, if necessary. Regular email users should not be penalized by movies and streaming events that hog the band-width. Have them pay an even higher premium and/or sit in a separate section. 2. Quality control inspections not enough to keep out saggy trays and out or dim overhead lights. 3. Would like more consistency with stopping in Delaware, so can stretch legs, go to the bathroom, catch a snack. If behind, understandable, but more often than not, the trade-off is worth it on the blood circulation, etc. 4. When put rez on hold, or change it, new one does not pick up the notes. 5. Some drivers or buses cause nausea from weaving about (20%). Otherwise, just about perfect! And better than anyone else by far. Wish you would be justly rewarded by routes to Boston, DC, and Philly, although I wouldn't need them. In the meantime, I tell everyone about you. Bus riding used to be verboten for the middle and upper classes, now it is the preferred mode for many. Planes are passe. Trains from Union Station are only last resort, because of expense, car parking or schlepping on subway, frequent stops, etc. If you live in Bethesda, it's the only way to go! I haven't ridden on the Bethesda competition bus for years, don't even know it's there, but perhaps it's good to have it also for comparison, and DC lines are not feasible to begin with, in the main.

Ride was timely and comfortable. The WIFI service did not work and there was no effort to correct. 2 people for 4.5 hours each were out of contact after paying for the upgrade to the Gold bus. This is not good service.

I can't really provide any areas for improvement. Booking was straightforward. I made changes to my departure time the day of both trips with no problem and was immediately credited the fare difference. Other travel carriers charge fees or outright decline this. Clean, easy ride. Will be back!

Buses are clean, comfortable, & on time. I do recommend to get there early to ensure your get a seat upfront or in the middle where there is less" Bumpbadee " bump by the toilet seats.

People loading luggage and passengers were rude and surly, almost as if on a power-trip. An attempt on my part to be helpful by placing the luggage near the under-bus storage area was met by yelling. When retrieving the luggage on the other end I was ordered to "stand back" and not approach until told to. The driver on one way couldn't have been less friendly or accommodating, particularly when an older adult who couldn't understand the driver asked a question. Unbelievable and disrespectful. Wi-Fi worked intermittently and slowly, at best.

Will continue to use and continue to recommend. More professional and reliable than all the other east coast bus services.

90% of the drivers and station staff are really good. Always friendly. There are a few loose cannons however. Also appreciate flexibility on tickets and how you can see how full a bus is through the website. It's be nice if that was also visible on the mobile site. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more. Like each time the bus is unloaded. There's often toilet paper piled up in there that has clearly been there since previous trips. More $20 fares would be good. But I do generally feel willing to pay more to take vamoose because the buses are on time and service is pretty consistent. Service is the only reason I'll go from my home to DuPont circle to Rosslyn rather than taking mega bus, best bus or the other one that leaves closer from my residence. Keep it up (and please upgrade the value of loyalty points!)
