I used all of my packets and still had the mice problem. The packets worked good for one week then the mice were pulling the whole packet down into the hole and still coming into my house. I was very disappointed in the product results. Some mice may be adverse to the smell but not all.

I don’t know why I take this bus… The driver has stopped four times from New York to Bethesda on a day when there was absolutely no traffic. The delay is not worth it for the quality of service and the price per ticket. Better off driving to a train station and taking a more reliable train where the driver doesn’t stop whenever he feels like it an inconvenience is everybody on the bus

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took this bus to NYC expecting a normal ride — not a silent retreat. Nowhere in their advertising does it say you’re not allowed to talk, but apparently having a normal conversation about our jobs and travel plans was enough to get scolded by the driver and staff like we were misbehaving kids. We weren’t being loud or disruptive — just talking at a normal tone. The driver snapped at us every time we said a word. It made the whole trip uncomfortable and honestly absurd. If you want a silent experience, fine, but at least say so upfront in the booking info. Otherwise, don’t treat paying customers like a nuisance for existing. There are plenty of buses to NYC that understand basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and take literally any other one.

In the space of 7 days I caught 3 Mice in humane traps all within 2/3 inches of Vamoose pads. Complete and utter waste of money

Hi, Vamoose Bus is a bus company offering coach service between New York City and MarylandVirginia in the US, we do not sell mouse trap, etc. You probably had us confused with another company.

Left a valuable item on the bus. Called the lost + found number an hour I got off the bus and reported it missing with exact description and location. Received an email stating item was not found. Called them back and asked to check with driver and cleaning crew as I know exactly where and when it was left. Manager, Joe, was rude and said nothing he could do. Obviously, someone on their staff walked away with item and never reported it found.

I have used vamoose from bethesda to nyc for 10+ tears with excellent service. Tonight i am on the bus with the first bad experience Left on time and driver is good so far but he made no announcement at the start re keeping conversations to a minimum. There is a couple in back of me who have talked almost the whole time. My friend even told them to be wuirt and they continued. The driver did not say anything. Also my seat does not recline and wifi not working
