Three of us took the regular Vamoose bus from Bethesda to NYC on the morning of May 6 and it was fine. We came back late afternoon on May 7 on the Vamoose Gold Bus. The overhead lights above the seats did not work in the entire bus. The air conditioning in the bathroom was not working and it was very hot and smelly. The bus driver did not make any announcements. One good thing about the Gold Bus is that the seats are more comfortable. But for us, the regular bus turned out to be much better than the Gold Bus.

I took Bolt bus to DC on Friday and Vamoose back to NYC on Sunday. Bolt was somewhat disorganized when boarding. Boarding vamoose was super smooth. The Vamoose employees were friendlier and professional. The vamoose bus was much nicer than the Bolt bus. Electricity at every seat. Cleaner. Newer. The very front seat even had a table to set things on. I'll definitely take this service again.

It Was a very nice Trip, started with the driver a nice guy with a good sense of humor , the bus was brand new ,clean and neat , wifi and power outlet , the bathroom was clean , the temp was perfect and the timing was ontime, I would recommend this bus to everyone .Dee Quintero

Everything great except bathroom was extremely hot w heat blowing through the toilet. Heavy deodorant concealed most of the smell but it was not still not pleasant. Normally the bathrooms are fine!

The bus was on time, the staff/drivers were friendly and polite, and customer service was stellar (had to call and reschedule my trip back and they very efficiently made it happen). Would use them again!

Only two things that would make it better: no stops where riders get off the bus. "Ten minutes" always turns to 20 because someone is late returning to bus. Also, need a morning Gold Bus from NY to DC.

Traveled up to NYC last weekend. The process was smooth both on the way up and on the return. On the return leg, there were two buses and I had an open seat next to me which was nice. Have had bad experiences with other bus companies and would undoubtedly pick Vamoose for any future bus travel.

I am almost hesitant to write this review, as my greatest fear is that too many folks find out how awesome this company is! I have been taking Vamoose Bus for over 4 years now, and they are hands down better than any of the NY to DC bus providers out there. Having tried many of them over the years, I can honestly say that the level of customer service, promptness and overall experience with Vamoose is second to none.
