Have taking the bus for a while,also refer family members and friends,even people I meet.The customer service is very goon,everyone is friendly and extremely helpful.

Good Service

the seats are uncomfortable particularly the arm rest areas. the wifi wasn't working as well even after a couple people complained to the driver and he wasn't doing anything about it.

ALLOW CLIENTS TO BE CHECKED IN AT THE BUS INSTEAD OF WAITING IN LINE, BEING ASKED YOUR NAME, AND THEN GIVEN A NUMBER WHICH IS GIVEN TO A VAMOOSE EMPLOYEE AT THE BUS.

I want to begin by saying this is the only bus I would consider taking after my experience with competing companies. Pros: - Always on time - Customer service is on point - Rewards points get you free rides faster - They don't sell your seat for not showing up 20 min before departure (happened to me on tripper) - everyone from driver to luggage handler to the guy that checks you off his list, is professional - bus is always clean Cons: - I just spent half my ride listening to a women practically yelling the details of her surgery to a friend. Maybe stronger emphasis on phone etiquette. Along with a possible penalty - the Internet is non-existent - people are waiting on line for a half hour before departure, maybe offer them water, like the mini bottles. Show them that you appreciate them showing up early so the bus can leave on time - AC was strong in the middle of the bus, weak at the end - if those TVs work, then use them to your advantage. Maybe a progress map so people know where they are. Makes the ride that much more relaxing - let's put our heads together about this bathroom situation. There has to be a way to make it stink less back there - maybe assigned seats. I had a women argue with me that her bag needed to be on a seat regardless of whether there were more seats on the bus or not. (There weren't) - assigned seats would also help in narrowing down who your trouble making customers are so you could consider freezing the account - not a gripe, but a suggestion, ride free on your birthday. Just throwing it out there Again. Nothing major just places that could be improved. This is the only service I trust and enjoy for this trip.

We had a great bus ride in both directions. Drivers were excellent. Buses were clean and comfortable. The trip went smoothly. Fortunately traffic was not congested, so each trip took a reasonable time. We especially liked the return trip: the driver stopped for a brief rest stop half way back to Washington.

We made the trip from Arlington to Penn Station in just a little over 4 hours, which was awesome...I would have had to wait almost an hour for the next train to Long Island if we had not arrived early...this allowed me to join a family event on time rather than late. The return trip, while it took a little longer, left Penn Station on time and arrived in Arlington on time. Both trips were comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

Ive taken over 90 trips on your buses. The service is excellent, the drivers are cautious, polite and happy to explain everything. I like the fact that they ask for a vote about stopping midway. I've driven my car, taken the train and the plane and find the bus service you provide to be the best way to and from NYC.
